Terms of Service

1. About CODEVERSE

CODEVERSE is a discovery marketplace operated by CEDDSDEV. It lets independent creators share project listings for websites and Android apps so visitors can explore them, visit linked websites, or download APK files.

The site does not currently require user accounts or charge for publishing a listing. Websites, apps, and files submitted by creators remain their creators’ responsibility.

2. Agreement and age

By using CODEVERSE, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. CODEVERSE does not ask for or verify your age. Use the service only if you are legally allowed to do so where you live; if you are a minor, obtain a parent or guardian’s permission when required by applicable law.

3. Project submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the project information, website addresses, logos, screenshots, and app files you submit. Only submit material you created or have permission to share. Do not include another person’s private information without their permission.

You keep ownership of your submissions. To operate CODEVERSE, you give CEDDSDEV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, display, and distribute your submitted listing and related media through the service. This permission ends when the material is removed, subject to any copies retained in backups or provider logs.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use CODEVERSE to publish or distribute content that:

• breaks applicable law or infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• contains malware, harmful code, or files intended to compromise a device or account;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or designed to disrupt the service; or
• you do not have the right to publish or share.

5. Third-party websites and apps

Project websites and Android apps are submitted by independent creators. CEDDSDEV does not own or control them and does not guarantee that a linked website or APK is safe, available, accurate, or suitable for you. Review a developer’s information and app permissions, and use appropriate security precautions before opening links or installing files.

6. Content review and removal

CEDDSDEV may review, restrict, or remove a listing or file if it appears to violate these Terms, infringe rights, create a safety or security concern, or harm the service. To request removal of your submission or report a concern, email devjaymar@gmail.com.

7. Availability and legal rights

CODEVERSE is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CEDDSDEV does not promise uninterrupted service or guarantee third-party content. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or protection that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The revised date will appear above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, subject to any notice or consent required by law.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Philippines, without limiting protections that mandatory law gives you. Please seek qualified legal advice about how they apply to your situation.
