Privacy Policy

1. Who operates CODEVERSE

CODEVERSE is operated by CEDDSDEV in the Philippines.

2. Information handled by the service

CODEVERSE does not currently require visitor accounts. When a creator publishes a project, the service handles the information they submit: project and developer names, description, category, website or app download address, logo, screenshots, and, when uploaded, an Android APK.

Published listing details are available to visitors. Uploaded screenshots and APKs are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets and served through temporary signed links.

The hosting and database providers may process technical request, security, and diagnostic information (which can include an IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, and error logs) to deliver and protect the service. Exact logs and retention periods depend on provider settings.

3. How information is used

Submitted project information is used to publish and display listings, host their media, and let visitors open linked websites or download apps. Technical information may be used by service providers to maintain, secure, and troubleshoot CODEVERSE. We do not currently use an advertising pixel or a dedicated third-party analytics SDK in the application code.

4. Providers and third-party links

The current app uses Supabase for its project database and private media storage, Vercel for hosting the deployed site, and Google Fonts to load its typefaces. These providers may process technical information as they deliver their services. Their own privacy information is available from their websites:

5. Browser storage and age

CODEVERSE does not currently use browser storage to record acceptance of the Terms. CODEVERSE does not ask for or verify your age.

6. Public listings and external services

Information included in a published project listing can be viewed by anyone. If you follow a creator’s website or download an app, that third party may collect information under its own practices. CEDDSDEV does not control those third-party sites or apps; review their privacy notices before using them.

7. Retention and requests

Project information remains available while its listing is published. To ask about access, correction, or removal of a submission, contact devjaymar@gmail.com. Provider backups and technical logs may be retained for periods determined by the providers and applicable requirements.

8. Security and updates

CEDDSDEV uses the service providers’ storage and access controls to operate CODEVERSE, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice as the service changes; the latest revision date is shown above.
